- Outcomes over tasks. This isn't "admin-only" work—you will help design systems, reduce noise, and improve how our marketing runs.
- Daily Tracking & Reporting: Monitor revenues, ad spend, and performance metrics with accuracy and consistency.
- Ad Campaign Support: Assist with the setup, upload, and management of Facebook and other paid ad campaigns.
- Creative Analysis: Evaluate ad creatives, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Ally leadership team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
- Maintain accurate, on-time reporting across paid channels and dashboards
- Support rapid creative testing and clear learning documentation
- Enable localization workflows to ship assets correctly, on schedule
- 1–3+ years in digital marketing, ad operations, or marketing operations
- Comfortable with Facebook Ads Manager and at least one other platform (Google/TikTok/LinkedIn)
- Basic Figma editing
- Hands-on with modern AI/automation tools for research, drafts, and lightweight process automation
- Detail orientation, follow-through, and crisp written communication
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Loom
- Location: Fully remote (PH welcome)
- Time zones: Asia or Europe overlap focused; select roles may include limited US overlap
- Tech: 30 Mbps+ internet; i5/Ryzen , 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
