We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant with expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. You will support the digital marketing team by managing ad platforms, monitoring performance, and providing insights to improve campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of overall digital marketing strategies.
  2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the client's brand and marketing objectives.
  3. Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  4. Optimize campaigns for performance, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  5. Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
  6. Support email marketing efforts, including content creation, design, and distribution.
  7. Assist with website updates, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and visually appealing.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure digital efforts align with the broader marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working with Australian businesses in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with a focus on performance and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools to assess performance and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and suggestions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content creation.
  • Familiarity with other advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in creating and managing remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
