. In this role, you'll be part of our growth-focused marketing team, working on a mix of campaign execution, performance analysis, content development, and community engagement. Please note:
 
This is a contractual position. Government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) are not included, and you'll be in charge of processing your own taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Collaborate with teammates on strategies, creatives, and execution.
• Track performance data, analyze results, and provide insights to guide decision-making.
• Support content creation for ads, emails, blogs, and social media.
• Engage with online communities and help strengthen brand presence.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital marketing and growth strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
• Comfortable using marketing tools and willing to learn new technologies.

Bonus Points if You:

• Have experience with campaign management, content creation, or community building.
• Are a savvy user of AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Are active on social media and understand online communities.
• Have knowledge of the iGaming industry (a plus, but not required).

Location

This role follows a hybrid setup, with required working hours on either 
12:00 PM–9:00 PM
 or 
5:00 PM–2:00 AM Philippine Time
. Our office is located in Pasay, and we're looking for someone flexible who can adapt to these schedules and occasional office visits. For onsite days, especially for those on the night shift, we can also make arrangements—such as allowing the use of our sleeping quarters if you prefer to stay overnight instead of commuting late.
