Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Unit Manager based in Quezon City, Philippines, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Unit Manager will oversee the daily operations of his or her handled unit within the branch , drive sales targets, and ensure the delivery of excellent financial solutions to clients. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of financial advisors, developing strategic initiatives to enhance business growth, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role also involves actively identifying market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to support the business's long-term goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to inspire and guide a team towards meeting branch goals
  • Sales, business development, and relationship management experience in financial services or related industries
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively build client and team relationships
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, result-driven decision making, and goal setting
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations, experience in sales, financial services or insurance is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with strong time management and self-motivation
  • Relevant educational background, such as a bachelor's degree in business, finance, management or related fields
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets
