Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Unit Manager based in Quezon City, Philippines, with the option for some remote work. The Associate Unit Manager will be responsible for managing a team of financial advisors, setting sales goals, and implementing effective strategies to achieve targets. Daily responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and monitoring team performance while ensuring work aligns with company standards. The role also involves handling administrative tasks, recruiting new team members, and fostering professional development among team associates.

Qualifications

  • Team management, leadership, and mentoring skills to effectively guide and develop a unit of financial advisors.
  • Sales strategy, goal-setting, and performance monitoring expertise to ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Recruitment and onboarding skills for expanding the unit with capable advisors.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities to manage day-to-day operations and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
