Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Unit Manager located in Quezon City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business unit, implementing strategic plans, managing and developing staff, and ensuring that business objectives are met. The role will involve coordinating with other departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop action plans
  • Experience in Sales and in the financial services industry is a PLUS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in productivity software and business management tools
