What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage daily office support operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal staff and external partners, handling inquiries, requests, and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring the importation process of construction equipment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Handle vehicle-related matters, including registration, insurance renewals, scheduling maintenance, and maintaining accurate records of all company vehicles.
  • Monitor and facilitate the transfer and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
  • Maintain and organize administrative records, files, and documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Support procurement activities by preparing purchase requests, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the management and operational needs of the office.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or Undergraduate
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • 1-2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant would be advantageous.
