We operate a portfolio of fast-growing digital products, including BrandSentryPro, a SaaS platform for online brand protection and uptime monitoring, plus two other web-based solutions in the B2B and tech sectors. We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Expert who can take ownership of email campaigns, automations, and funnels across all products — and grow them into scalable, profitable channels.


What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies for 3 products (B2B SaaS & service-based platforms)
  • Build automated sequences for onboarding, upsell, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns
  • Design A/B tests, analyze data, and optimize open/click/conversion rates
  • Collaborate with design, dev, and product teams to align offers and messaging
  • Implement lead nurturing systems that move cold traffic to paid users
  • Manage Mailchimp, SendGrid, or equivalent ESP tools
  • Report on performance and continuously improve ROI

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing or growth automation
  • Strong understanding of funnels, lifecycle marketing, and retention tactics
  • Copywriting skills that convert — you know how to write like a human, not a bot
  • Ability to set up complex automations and triggers
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with data and testing
  • A self-starter who wants to see results and grow with the company

Compensation

We offer two flexible options:

  1. Fixed Salary Model – steady monthly pay with clear deliverables
  2. Hybrid Model – smaller base salary + profit share (percentage of growth or conversions you help generate per product)
