Summary:
Oversees all return, refund, and RTS (Return to Sender) processes to ensure accuracy, timely resolution, and proper documentation across platforms.

Key Duties:
- Track and reconcile RTS parcels from the courier to the warehouse.
- Validate and process refunds on Shopee, TikTok, and Shopify.
- Ensure all returned items are received, recorded, and synced in systems (e.g., BoxHero, BigSeller).
- Investigate and resolve missing or delayed returns.
- Prepare weekly reports on claims, refunds, and losses.
- Supervise and train claims assistants.
- Coordinate with finance and warehouse for reconciliations.

Qualifications:
- 2–3 years e-commerce or logistics experience.
- Strong in tracking, documentation, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience with Shopee/TikTok refund systems preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
