Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Leadership

  • Partner closely with the founders to support strategic planning, business decisions, and long-term financial goals.
  • Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations based on business performance and market trends.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, working with commercial teams to project demand and revenue.
  • Create financial models to evaluate business scenarios, risks, and opportunities.

Inventory Planning & Cost Management

  • Oversee inventory planning, ensuring optimal stock levels aligned with sales projections.
  • Track and analyze inventory turnover, cost of goods sold (COGS), and working capital efficiency.
  • Implement controls and processes to reduce wastage, overstock, and stockouts.

Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operations and strategic investments.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment schedules to maintain healthy financial cycles.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports for founders and key stakeholders.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, tax obligations, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — mandatory.
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related roles.
  • Strong background in inventory management, forecasting, and cash flow oversight.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and ERP/accounting systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
