Outbound Sales Team Leader

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set and manage team and individual KPIs to meet revenue targets
  • Monitor performance, conduct call reviews, and coach team members
  • Develop action plans for underperformance and recommend terminations if needed
  • Recognize and reward high performers
  • Motivate and maintain a positive, results-driven team environment
  • Oversee lead generation, allocation, and CRM database accuracy
  • Implement performance strategies including coaching and goal-setting
  • Provide feedback for system and tool improvements
  • Ensure timely reporting and compliance with disciplinary processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2nd year college level
  • At least 2 years in an outbound sales team leader role
  • Outbound sales and energy industry experience a plus
Skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Cold calling and lead generation experience
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experience with Australian clients preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment through long tenure in previous roles
