Job Details:

  • Work from Home
  • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM NZST I 4AM to 1 PM or 5AM to 2PM PH Time
  • Following NZ Holidays
  • 3 months contract

Responsibilities:

  • Transform Leads into Loyal Customers: Engage with potential clients, showcasing the value of our insurance products and turning prospects into enthusiastic customers.
  • Master the Art of Persuasion: Present compelling product features and benefits, handle objections with finesse, and close deals with confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Prowess: Experience in outbound sales or a call centre environment (insurance industry experience is a major plus).
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Ninja: Ability to tackle challenges head-on and find creative solutions.
  • Target-Driven Hustle: A relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
