OUTBOUND EDUCATOR (like a TOUR GUIDE) - Trainees and Part- time are Welcome

As an Outbound Educator, you're not just a tour guide—you are a teacher beyond the classroom walls. While a tour guide shows students where to go, an Outbound Educator helps them discover why it matters. You take history, culture, science, and the environment out of textbooks and bring them to life in real settings. Every site becomes a classroom, every story a lesson, and every activity a chance to spark curiosity and critical thinking. By guiding students through meaningful activities, you help them connect knowledge with the real world, making learning not only engaging but truly unforgettable.

We welcome trainees, first-time and part-time applicants. No prior experience as a tour guide or educator is required—What matters most is your passion for teaching the youth, your care for your country and the environment, and your commitment to improving the education system in the Philippines. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow in this meaningful role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct educational tours in accordance with the itinerary and learning objectives.
  • Deliver engaging activities, explanations, and storytelling to make learning interactive and fun.
  • Share historical, cultural, scientific, and environmental insights related to sites.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students by following protocols and guidelines.
  • Answer students' questions and encourage active participation.
  • Manage group dynamics, maintain discipline, and foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere.
  • Submit post-tour reports and feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and respect for the environment.

KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • No experience needed—trainees and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
  • Passionate about learning, teaching, and environmental care.
  • Available on weekdays for deployment.
  • Willing to undergo training in Quezon City.
  • Good communication and storytelling skills (training will help strengthen this).
  • Physically fit and able to travel frequently.
  • Team player with leadership potential.
