Urgent Hiring: Finance Junior Admin

Join our team driving the success of Korea's top beauty brands across Southeast Asia. With a passionate team of 40 across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, we bring leading K-beauty names like Beauty of Joseon, Needly, TIRTIR, and other on-trend Korean brands to consumers across the region.

We are urgently seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical team player to join our finance team. This is a full-time position, ideally suited for a self-starter with prior experience working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative and analytical support to the Finance team in various ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Create, design, and formulate Google Sheets, document and the like.
  • Update existing spreadsheets to maintain consistent and reliable calculation.
  • Data entry on marketplace, program, and application.
  • Data analysis in different aspects of the company's business activities.
  • Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and recommendations based on business activities and financial data.
  • Assist in sales and profit analysis reports (by brand/SKU), FOC calculation, and discount calculation.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that may be given from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Advanced knowledge and proficient in Spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Knowledge in JAVASCRIPT and VBA is preferred but not required.
