The Assistant Director of Sales (Corporate MICE & Socials) leads the strategy and execution for Corporate Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions (MICE), and Social Events. The role drives revenue for group rooms and events while overseeing the performance, development, and service excellence of the Sales & Events team.


• Create strategic sales plans for MICE and social event segments, aligned with brand standards and revenue goals.


• Set monthly and annual sales targets for revenue and event conversion.


• Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, DMCs, and event organizers.


• Conduct meetings, site inspections, and event briefings to understand and anticipate client needs.


• Lead negotiations and proposal presentations to close high-value events and multi-event partnerships.


• Lead the Sales & Events Team: assign leads, set goals/quotas, and monitor performance.


• Oversee the end-to-end event cycle from inquiry to execution in partnership with Events/Operations.



Prepare segment forecasts, pacing reports, and booking trend analyses.
