About the role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sales & Events Coordinator to join the vibrant team at Lola Cafe' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Sales & Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and events initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end coordination and execution of events, from initial client inquiries to post-event follow-up
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present event proposals and quotes that align with client needs and the company's sales objectives
  • Oversee the logistical planning and implementation of events, ensuring seamless execution
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality catering and service
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure optimal resource utilisation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide regular sales and event performance reports to the management team

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or events coordination role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in using event planning and sales management software
  • Demonstrable understanding of catering and event production processes
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to exceeding client expectations
  • Passionate about the food and beverage industry and committed to delivering exceptional experiences
