JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Administrator to support the daily operations of our online business. This role is responsible for managing product data, digital assets, and system updates across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience and smooth execution of e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy in handling data, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and reporting tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and update product information, attributes, and assets across e-commerce systems (e.g., Magento, Comestri PIM, marketplace platforms).
  • Support marketing activities including email campaign uploads, product tagging, coupon code generation, and review approvals.
  • Monitor and resolve product-related errors such as pricing, meta titles, and image discrepancies.
  • Handle order updates and product descriptions across third-party marketplaces (eBay, Catch, etc.).
  • Maintain reporting accuracy using tools such as PowerBI, including postcode bonus tracking.
  • Assist with social commerce integrations (e.g., Four Sixty – Instagram feed product tagging).
  • Ensure timely execution of recurring tasks such as email uploads, product uploads, and documentation for new styles.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing accurate product data and system updates.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or online retail administration.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento), PIM systems (e.g., Comestri), email marketing tools (e.g., Dotdigital), and analytics platforms (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work across teams (marketing, merchandising, operations).
  • Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting system-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
