About the role

As a Marketing Supervisor at Select Goods', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategies and initiatives. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure the successful execution and promotion of Select Goods' products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources
  • Coordinate with various departments to align marketing activities with overall business objectives
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth
  • Create and curate engaging content for the company's digital platforms and channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights to inform future strategies
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the marketing team, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing supervisory or management role, preferably within the consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and technologies, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
