Role Overview
The Reinsurance Ops Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of a specialized insurance intermediary, ensuring smooth workflows, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client servicing. This position requires a leader who understands the technical and procedural aspects of placement, documentation, and coordination among clients, partners, and reinsurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with finance and commercial teams to deliver consistent, accurate, and timely service to partners and clients.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement.
- Establish and refine procedures to ensure efficient handling of contracts, documentation, and statements.
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities, including placement coordination, records management, and reporting.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all processes.
- Contribute to strategic and system improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations within insurance, reinsurance, or brokerage settings.
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of placement workflows, documentation, and claims support in the reinsurance environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
