Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's IT systems and network infrastructure. The role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of servers, hardware, and network connections to support continuous business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and monitor servers, network devices, and computer systems.
  • Manage system performance and ensure network reliability across all departments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular system updates, data backups, and preventive maintenance.
  • Implement and enforce IT security measures and data protection standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, network layouts, and IT assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure upgrades and support.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network management.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux servers, network configurations (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN), and virtualization tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
