About the Role
We are seeking a Level 1 Cisco Technical Support Engineer proficient in Korean, Mandarin, or Spanish to provide IT infrastructure field support. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring high-quality technical service without compromising security or compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT infrastructure and desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues.
 - Perform PC setup, configuration, and break/fix support for Windows and macOS systems.
 - Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory issues.
 - Manage user profiles, remote troubleshooting, and software installations/uninstallations.
 - Handle desktop, network, and firewall issues, including OS installation, patching, and upgrades.
 - Install and configure LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and MS Office applications.
 - Use ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy for case management.
 - Perform on-site technical tasks using tools like Putty, TeamViewer, and TFTP Server.
 
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure field support.
 - Strong knowledge of Windows (Win10/Win7) and macOS administration.
 - Familiar with Active Directory, network fundamentals, and desktop troubleshooting.
 - Experience in large-scale or enterprise environments.
 - MCP or ITIL certification preferred (not mandatory).
 - CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge is a plus.
 - Bilingual proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Spanish is required.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
 
Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry while going to the site:
- Fully charged laptop (Windows 8 or 10) with admin rights
 - Cisco console cable (DB9–RJ45 or USB–RJ45)
 - Installed software: Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP Server
 - Screwdriver set and internet data card
 
Job Type: Full-time
