Finance Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full cycle of accounting processes.
  • Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and ledgers across systems.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
  • Work with accounting applications such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Provide leadership and support to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in BPO accounting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting applications (SAP or Oracle).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis, etc.).
  • Ability to create and manage databases, spreadsheets, and ledgers.
  • Willing to work onsite in Eastwood.
