Finance Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Manager to join a growing BPO team. This role will oversee the end-to-end accounting operations, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and support strategic financial planning and reporting activities.

As part of a fast-paced BPO environment, you will lead a team of accounting professionals, streamline financial processes, and drive operational excellence through technology and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings and support external and internal audits.
  • Train, coach, and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA license is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in BPO finance and accounting operations, with a solid understanding of process controls, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting), and the ability to build databases, ledgers, and financial spreadsheets across multiple systems.
  • Hands-on experience with major accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle (or similar ERP platforms).
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Willing to work onsite and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO environment.
