We're seeking a highly skilled
Finance Accounting Manager
with a strong background in BPO accounting operations and hands-on experience managing full-cycle finance processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Build and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and ledgers across multiple systems
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting
  • Work with SAP or Oracle to manage financial data and workflows

What We're Looking For:

  • College graduate with experience in BPO accounting processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.)
  • Skilled in creating and managing financial tools across platforms
  • Familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a must
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
