Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities
:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain an updated roster of job openings and manage recruitment pipelines.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, and holiday parties
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - At least
1 year
of experience as an HR Assistant or in a generalist HR role, with a preference for
retail industry experience
. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to assigned in
Las Pinas.
