About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant (Recruitment) to join our team. This role will support the HR Department in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms (online job boards, social media, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants and hiring managers
- Support in organizing job fairs and recruitment activities
- Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment reports
- Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment or HR is preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
