About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Voice & Non-Voice Customer Service Representative at our IT Park site in Cebu City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both through voice and non-voice channels. Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Provide non-voice support through email, live chat, and other digital channels
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service or call centre experience, preferably in the IT Park or BPO industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with various customer service tools and technologies
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. Flexible and adaptable to change, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
