About the role

3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Cebu - CSR - Non Voice to join our dynamic team in Apas Cebu City Cebu. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers through various non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proactively suggesting improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  6. Continuously expanding your knowledge to provide the most up-to-date information and solutions to customers

  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer needs
  3. Proficient in using various communication channels and customer service software

  5. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in providing solutions
  6. Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
