  • Prepare and Serve Coffee and Espresso Drinks:
  • Create and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty beverages. Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every drink.
  • Customer Service Excellence:

Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, taking their orders and making personalized recommendations when needed. Answer questions about the menu and ingredients and help customers with their selections.Safely operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other coffee-making equipment. Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure it remains in good working order.Accurately process customer orders and payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments while providing correct change and receipts.Keep the café area clean, organized, and presentable. This includes wiping down counters, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and ensuring the café is free from clutter.Help track stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Notify management when stock needs replenishment and help maintain an organized inventory.Foster a warm, friendly, and inviting environment where customers feel welcome to relax, enjoy their coffee, and return regularly. Display excellent communication and teamwork with fellow staff.Upsell or promote seasonal beverages, merchandise, and special offers to customers, maintaining a focus on enhancing their experience and increasing sales.Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Adhere to all health regulations, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
