Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop mid-to-long-term product strategies aligned with company goals, create product demand plans, manage requirement implementation, and conduct market/competitive analysis.

  • Oversee product requirement timelines; lead product positioning, architecture design, and roadmap planning; drive project initiation and execution.

  • Monitor industry technology and application trends.

  • Align cross-functional teams on product objectives, coordinate resources for iterative development, and ensure timely, high-quality product launches.

  • Build and mentor high-performing product teams to foster collaboration and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields; 8+ years of work experience.

  • Deep familiarity with cutting-edge IT/internet technologies and industry trends (internet, big data, cloud computing, etc.).

  • Proven experience in successful product execution and management within the IT/internet sector.

  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end product design processes and team management experience.

  • Exceptional product planning, project coordination, and negotiation skills.

  • High motivation, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
