We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Advertising Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing our client's Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, drive sales, and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising platform (PPC & DSP), strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful PPC & DSP campaign management. Having experience with Walmart, Google, Meta and other marketplaces is a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities:
As an Amazon Advertising Specialist, you will own the advertising performance for a set of assigned clients. You will set the advertising strategy, define KPIs, monitor actions, and report weekly to clients. This role requires leveraging Eva Advertising AI, providing feedback to product management teams, and sharing customer feedback internally. You will play a crucial role in understanding client business goals and executing strategies that align with their priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising Strategy & KPI Setting: Develop and set advertising strategies and KPIs in collaboration with clients. Ensure all required actions are performed, monitored, and reported weekly.
- Eva Platform Utilization: Leverage Eva Advertising AI to monitor results and provide feedback for further improvements. Understand the value proposition and unique differentiators of Eva Advertising.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client business goals and execute strategies that align with their priorities. Provide frequent and professional client interaction via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Campaign Management: Develop keyword research during the campaign creation process if required. Manage keyword selection and optimum bid levels across available advertising options.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns. Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and communicate campaign results and insights effectively.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with account management and sales teams to maximize client business performance. Quickly identify and resolve any issues. Provide guidance on product optimizations to ensure campaigns are set up for success.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations around pricing and promotions to meet sales goals effectively. Stay up-to-date on best practices for selling on Amazon and assist in training other team members.
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular online meetings with customers to review performance and discuss strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in managing Amazon advertising campaigns and understanding of Amazon's advertising platform.
- A Minimum of 4 Amazon Advertising certifications
- Understanding of Amazon DSP, AMC, PPC
- Understanding of Google, Walmart, Meta, and other platform advertising is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills to develop insights from campaign data.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Ability to set and manage advertising strategies and KPIs.
- Familiarity with keyword research and bid management.
- Experience in providing strategic recommendations and optimizing product listings.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
