Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online product listings, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, and contributing to the overall growth of our online sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar
  • Optimize listings for improved search visibility and higher conversion rates
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries and issues through multiple channels
  • Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
