JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across:

  2. Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  3. Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  4. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
  5. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  6. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
  7. Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers.
  8. Provide reports and insights on campaign performance with recommendations for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team for ad content, landing pages, and funnels.
  10. Stay updated on advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  11. (Preferred) Apply SEO knowledge to improve website visibility and reduce dependency on paid ads.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in managing social media and Google ad campaigns.
  2. Strong knowledge of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and how to optimize them.
  3. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and other ad tools.
  4. Understanding of customer funnels and conversion optimization.
  5. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategies.
  6. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLLS

  1. SEO knowledge and experience
  2. Experience with remarketing strategies and lookalike audiences.
  3. Creative eye for ad copy, visuals, and customer psychology.
  4. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications (a plus).
  5. Background in fitness, lifestyle, or retail industries (a plus).
