· Assists in managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for assigned projects

· Helps in handling, executing the effective conceptualization, planning, budgeting, implementation, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of marketing and communication plans for assigned projects

· Aids in building brand equity, sustains awareness, and maintains positive brand reception for assigned projects

· Co-proponent in the formulation of compelling value propositions for projects by providing key market insight and creative ideas

Leads Management

· Co-proponent in the execution and reporting of tactical and strategic lead generation efforts in coordination with Project Marketing Solutions and Area Sales Directors

· Assists in project milestone events in collaboration with Project Marketing Solutions

Operations

· Ensures all project marketing assets are approved, disseminated, tracked, and maintained according to standards

· Prepares briefs, memos, and/or presentations as needed

· Maintains all collateral, renderings, photograph and video banks for assigned projects

· Updates project pages and related project articles on the website as needed in collaboration with Project Marketing Solutions (Content)

· Prepares the documents for Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Ads Standard Council (ASC) applications

Stakeholder Management

· Prepares reports and participates during cluster meetings

· Coordinates with creative and media agencies as well as suppliers to implement projects in coordination with the Associate Manager for Project Marketing Strategy

Research and Customer Analytics Management

· Prepares market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products in coordination with the Associate for Project Marketing Strategy

· Analyzes customer research, current market conditions and competitor information for assigned projects

· Conducts research on new project launches for assigned projects and other latest real estate trends

Qualifications:

Education level

· Must be a 4-year college graduate of Advertising Management, Business, Communication Arts, Marketing or marketing-related college degree
