, who will ensure that campaigns are executed with accuracy, speed, and strong brand alignment. This role owns the day-to-day delivery of our social media content, manages the production of marketing assets across internal and external partners, and ensures that campaigns are executed with accuracy, speed, and strong brand alignment.

The position requires someone who can coordinate with agencies and creators, produce on-demand marketing materials, support content shoots, and manage KOL relationships with professionalism. The Marketing Associate is also responsible for strengthening audience engagement across social platforms and providing performance insights that inform content direction. This role is critical in translating Accel's marketing strategy into polished, practical, and impact-driven content that reflects the standards of our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Management & Content Strategy Execution:

Execute Accel's social media and content strategy in alignment with brand and business objectives. Manage the master content calendar, organize publishing schedules, and ensure accurate, timely, and impact-driven posts across platforms. Uphold brand voice, messaging clarity, and content quality in all published materials.
- Content Production:
- a) Team & Agency Coordination:

Manage deliverables from agencies and creative partners. Issue clear briefs, align outputs with brand standards, and track deadlines to ensure timely execution. Coordinate revisions accurately and escalate gaps promptly to protect quality and campaign objectives.
- b) On-Demand Content Editing and Asset Creation: C

reate and adapt quick-turn marketing materials as needed. Adapt, resize, and finalize assets while maintaining brand guidelines. Ensure urgent requirements are delivered swiftly and at a standard fit for external publication.
- c) Content Shoots & In-House Production:

Coordinate logistics and creative requirements for content shoots. Prepare schedules, materials, and visual direction, and participate in on-site execution to secure high-quality assets that support key campaigns.
- KOL and Influencer Management:

Manage end-to-end relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers. Lead sourcing, briefing, alignment, approvals, and deliverable checks. Ensure influencer outputs meet contractual requirements, follow brand guidelines, and support campaign performance.
- Community Engagement:

Develop scalable initiatives to ensure timely responses to inquiries and engagement opportunities across social media, as well as other key customer channels.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track content performance and campaign metrics. Compile concise reports, highlight actionable insights, and identify opportunities to refine content direction and improve execution quality. Surface trends promptly to support agile decision-making.

KEY GOALS AND SUCCESS METRICS:

  • Content Calendar Execution:

Deliver an accurate, updated content calendar, and publish on time with on-brand, high-quality output.
- Content Production:

Produce platform-appropriate assets through agencies, internal creatives, KOLs, or direct editing. Own briefs, approvals, formats, and final files, including coordination for content shoots.
- Community Engagement:

Strengthen audience engagement through timely, professional responses and intentional interaction across channels.
- Reporting & Optimization:

Provide performance summaries with actionable insights. Flag low-performing content and recommend improvements based on data and trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years

in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven content impact:

Track record of creating content that supports business objectives, driving audience engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Brand to content:

strong ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual and written content.
- Collaboration:

experience coordinating with designers, writers, and external agencies to deliver assets on time.
- Hands-on maker:

short-form video editing in CapCut (or similar) and Canva proficiency; strong written English with clean, error-free copy.
- Planning & analytics:

confident with content calendars and platform insights; understands audience engagement levers.
- Execution discipline:

excellent project management and attention to detail; reliable with deadlines, file/asset organization, and approvals.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT:

  • Hybrid:

Work from home (4 days); onsite (1 day) in BGC on Saturdays for classes and events.
