About the Role

We are looking for an IT Officer to manage and support our clinic's technology systems. You will ensure smooth IT operations through network administration, technical support, data management, and system maintenance—all vital to delivering efficient healthcare services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and update systems and applications.
  • Monitor data backups, security, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Maintain and track IT assets and software licenses.
  • Implement cybersecurity protocols and user access controls.
  • Conduct user training on IT systems and best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for IT solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Officer or Technical Support Specialist (preferably in healthcare).
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, system maintenance, and data security.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
