The main responsibility of this role is to review and validate video recordings submitted by other Testers. It is also to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adhere to testing guidelines. You will act as the Quality Control of the Video Game Quality Assurance Team and maintain high standards across all games. As our QA Analyst, you can expect to perform the following duties:

  • Review and evaluate recorded videos submitted by Testers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify errors, missed steps, or deviations from established testing protocols.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to Testers to help improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure that all test results meet company and client quality standards.
  • Document and report recurring issues or trends for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the QA Leads to refine testing processes and guidelines.

  • Assist other QA Teams as a Tester if needed. QA Tester duties are:

  • Perform, modify or create tests plans of Online Games

  • Investigate and create bug reports

  • Verify bug fixes

  • Interface with clients

  • Other duties analogous to the foregoing.

Our QA Analysts do more than just watch videos. At first, you'll focus on checking if steps were followed correctly and flagging clear mistakes. But as you gain experience, you'll start spotting subtle issues others might miss. These could be patterns in how errors happen, gaps in the process, or opportunities to make our testing sharper and more efficient. Over time, your eye for detail and insight will become key to raising the overall quality of the entire QA team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience playing different MMORPGs is a definite plus
  • Experience playing Video Game across different genres and platforms is a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent comprehension and problem solving skills
  • Ability to comprehend and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work ONSITE in Ortigas Centre Pasig City
  • Applicants must be willing to work on holidays & on a shifting schedule
