HIRING: Quality Analyst (RCM – Healthcare Account)

Location: Taguig

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting (including weekends and holidays)

Salary: PHP 35,000 – 40,000 (All-in, depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or higher; certification in medical billing or healthcare compliance is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a quality or auditing role
  • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and payer-specific billing rules
  • Experience in a call center environment with exposure to call quality metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT)
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and billing platforms
