Territory Sales Manager

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage key accounts by identifying leads, handling RFQs to POs, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and brand quotas through effective proposal preparation and strategic selling.
- Collaborate with teams to develop pricing strategies and enhance key account systems using AC tools.
- In close coordination with Accounting Department, ensures that the payments of the customers are collected on time.
- Create a customer relationship management system and develop measurable indicators of tracking customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain long term business to business relationships.
- Update Active Campaign and maximize the usage of Active Campaign.
- Deliver timely reports and administrative compliance to Area Sales Manager, HRD and management on key developments and progress on current activities and plans.
- Participate in prospective client meetings and lead customer acquisition.
- Manage Customer Projects, from securing RFQ, to OT, to PR, to PO (until collection), following thru Technical Specifications with ASE, through Quotation by CS Officer, checking in with Product Marketing and collection with Finance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree on Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in B2B Sales, preferably in engineering field.
- Valid driver's license is a MUST.
