JOB DUTIES:

  • Support Territory Sales Managers in growing key accounts and achieving sales and GP targets.

  • Monitor competition, guide TSMs on competitive quotations, and help oversee projects from inquiry to installation.

  • Work with TSMs and Accounting to ensure customer payments are collected on time.

  • Assist in following up overdue accounts when needed.

  • Submit monthly reports to the GM and conduct regular coaching sessions.

  • Coordinate with HR to maintain a pool of potential TSM hires.

  • Help set clear goals, KPIs, and job expectations for team members.

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and training coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, support budget tasks, and work smoothly with other departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management or administration
  • At least 2-4 years' experience of managing salespeople.
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in heavy equipment, machineries, manufacturing and/or industrial systems.
  • Driver's License is a MUST
