As a core member of our development team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role: 

You will be working in a cross-functional team, using agile methodologies to build cloud native applications that leverage AI for document processing in the financial services industry. Working with LLMs and other AI technologies, you will develop solutions that automate and enhance document handling workflows.

• Participate and contribute on all team activities such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
• Work with machine learning models, LLMs and cloud services to create robust document processing solutions
• Develop and optimize prompts to achieve specific business outcomes
• Create and maintain document processing pipelines for data extraction
• Build and implement agentic systems for autonomous document processing
• Integrate LLM capabilities into existing applications and workflows
• Design effective prompt strategies for accurate information extraction
• Implement data validation and quality control measures
• Stay current with developments in AI technology and best practices
• Contribute to the development of reusable libraries

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience with AWS
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance development efficiency and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with AWS AI services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and its foundation models. Experience working with other AI services like Azure AI and Google AI is a plus.
• Experience with NLP services (Amazon Textract, Comprehend) and libraries (Spacy, NLTK)
• Experience with modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and AI agents
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions
• Experience in working with Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB)
• Experience building and deploying ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with AWS SageMaker deployments
• Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Experience with Container technologies (Docker)
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Database experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL or NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB)
• Experience with MLOps practices and model monitoring tools
• Experience working on Agile teams
• Solid understanding and demonstrated proficiency with core software development processes - debugging, code tuning, code management and branching, coding styles and refactoring
• Must be self-motivated and driven, with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and driven, with demonstrated knowledge and skills in: Creativity, technical analysis, problem solving, communication and client service
• Knowledge of financial industry is highly desirable
