Position Overview

We're looking for a Sales Manager who thrives at the intersection of business development, team leadership, and operational excellence.

You'll lead Muvr's sales team — driving new business growth, expanding partnerships, and managing a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers who power our expansion across moves, deliveries, and junk removal.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute the national and regional sales strategy across B2B (retail, partner, enterprise) and C2C (marketplace, affiliate) channels.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline — from lead generation to contract close — to consistently hit revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns that drive new bookings and partner activations.
  • Forecast performance and manage reporting via CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).

Sales Team Management

  • Hire, train, and manage a growing team of Sales Reps and Account Managers.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and commission structures aligned with company growth.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews, 1:1 coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks, pitch materials, and standardized processes.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and collaboration.

Partner Acquisition & Retention

  • Identify and close new partnerships with retailers, e-commerce merchants, and enterprise clients.
  • Maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Community Support to resolve partner escalations.
  • Drive partner growth through data insights and upsell opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to optimize partner experience and performance.
  • Work with Finance and Policy on pricing, incentives, and SLA structures.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to improve Muvr's sales tools, API integrations, and marketplace UX.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management, ideally in logistics, SaaS, or marketplace industries.
  • Proven record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background in B2B partnerships, account management, and channel sales.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A leader who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
