Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Quezon City for a Human Resources Administrative Officer. The Human Resources Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing HR tasks on a daily basis, including HR management, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The role requires assisting in the recruitment process, conducting employee orientation, handling grievances, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Administrative skills
  • Experience in implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR and Admin roles is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Tracking expenses, preparing budgets, and ensuring financial compliance
