Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Learning and Development, Education, Behavioral Sciences, or any relevant studies
  • Training experience in the retail industry is an advantage Computer literate and knowledge in visual/power point presentation or any training presentation tools
  • At least with 1 year relevant experience in Learning & Development/ Training.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Supports continuous employee development by planning and developing learning and talent development programs such as position-based training, center of excellence program, career development or succession planning programs together with the organization and development (OD) staff
  • Works effectively with HR Business Partners to fully implement the designed or revised learning and talent development programs
  • Administers learning modules and developmental programs in the corporate level by using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as virtual sessions, classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Implements New Employees Orientation (NEO) and Business Orientation and Process Induction (BOPI) for newly hired, promoted, and upgraded employees.
  • Develops training modules for the improvement of existing procedures and policies/activities.
  • Provide assistance to stakeholders such as but not limited to facilitation of team building upon request, facilitation of summit, and among others
