About the Role
The HR Learning & Development (L&D) Team Leader plays a key role in driving employee growth, engagement, and performance. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, career development initiatives, and performance management systems to ensure continuous organizational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & EvaluationFacilitate and oversee employee performance evaluations.
Supervise and monitor employment status eligible for evaluation.Generate customized reports through the HR Information System (HRIS).
Conduct research and surveys related to performance and employee development.
Learning & Development
Assist in planning and implementing training programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) results.
Develop and maintain career development programs via Employee Development Plan (EDP) and Succession Planning (SP).
Conduct new hire orientation, seminars, and training sessions.
Design, implement, and monitor the Annual Training Plan and Training Roadmap.
Manage training logistics, materials, facilities, and resources.
Validate internal and external training proposals and maintain employee training records.
Prepare and manage the training budget.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
Conduct post-training evaluations, surveys, and reports.
Ensure adherence to the company's Quality Policy and performance objectives.
Update manuals, documentation, and training-related files regularly.
Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, collaboration, and accountability.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Proficient in HRIS tools, reporting, and documentation.
Work ExperienceExperience in customer service and training facilitation — required.
Experience in logistics or supply chain — preferred but not required.
Background in administrative and coordination tasks — a must.
