About the Role

The
Sales Development Senior Manager
leads the Sales Development function, encompassing Sales HR, Sales Training, and Sales Engagement. The role ensures that the sales organization has the right people, skills, and motivation to achieve sales targets and sustain a high-performing, engaged culture.

This position serves as a strategic partner to the Sales organization by providing the right people, programs, and developmental support systems that drive capability, engagement, and retention across all sales channels. It ensures that all initiatives directly enable and strengthen the performance and effectiveness of the sales force.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales development, training, or HR in a real estate or related industry.
  • At least 8 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Deep understanding of real estate sales organization structures and people development strategies
  • Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and capability-building programs.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales teams and drive initiatives that enhance performance and retention.
  • Real Estate Broker License is an advantage.
