This role plays a key part in securing major infrastructure projects, expanding market presence, and building long-term partnerships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development strategies to meet growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure large-scale opportunities in utilities, industrial, and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in the Philippines, Japan, and Singapore to provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead project proposals, presentations, bid preparations, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local regulations.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, company policies, and risk management protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in sales/business development within water/wastwater solutions
  • Strong track record in winning major infrastructure or large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior-level stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Philippine water industry, regulations, and market trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and proactive leadership style.
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
