Key responsibilities

  • Financial planning and analysis: Develop, monitor, and implement annual budgets and financial forecasts to meet organizational goals.
  • Financial reporting and analysis: Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports on business activities, and review financial statements to inform decision-making.
  • Strategy and guidance: Advise senior management on financial matters, contributing to business strategy with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Risk management: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor finance staff, set performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.
  • Investment and resource management: Direct investment activities, assess major expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee the efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Age: 25–45
  • Gender: Male or Female applicants

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
