Job Summary:

We are hiring an Assistant Branch Manager who will support and oversee the daily operations of poultry farms, dressing plant, and feedmill. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a solid background in poultry production to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of work experience in poultry production or farm operations
  • Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills
  • Knowledgeable in farm, dressing plant, and feedmill operations
  • Willing to be assigned in either Iloilo or Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily farm, dressing plant, and feedmill operations
  • Supervise and guide farm workers, plant personnel, and feedmill teams
  • Ensure compliance with production, health, and safety protocols
  • Identify and resolve operational issues across all areas of responsibility
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production, quality, and operational reports
