Ensures achievement of Branch sales quota

· Ensures that sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas

· Monitors work efficiency of all Branch Sales team to ensure customer requests are properly attended

· Conducts regular meetings and trainings for Branch Sales Team to keep them abreast to the current trend

· Provides Sales assistance to branch sales team in closing projects

· Assists the Sales and Marketing Manager execute and implement standard operating procedure of the branches

· Evaluates and supervise work performance of all Branch Sales force

· Prepares procedures, reports, checklist and activity time table of branch sales department

· Works with Sales Team to generate leads for new business and customer though continual sales promotion

· Supervise the branch sales team's daily performance or target and follow up on new or used sales achievements and taking part in casual transactions

· works in coaching the branch sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently, while taking actions to make room for future growth

· Supervises the activities of the branch sales team to ensure their activities abide by the company's policies and procedures and execute priorities by ensuring an open line of communication between the back office team.

· Monitoring and collates KPI of all branch sales agents.

Competencies:

  • With at minimum of 5 years experience in sales preferably doing field work(B2B and B2C)
  • With experience in construction industry is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good presentation Skills
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Willingness to travel (all branches)
  • Willing to Start on January 2026

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
